Our 1-on-1 monthly coaching service offers personalized support tailored to your life and running goals—whether you're training for a race, building endurance, or just starting out. This service is ideal for runners who want expert guidance, structure, and a plan that adapts as you improve. With this service you will receive:
Initial 1 hour consultation for new athletes
Custom training plan based on your progress uploaded weekly to Final Surge app
Unlimited e-mail and text access (allow 24-48 hours for response)
Regular check-ins to keep you accountable and motivated—including 2 Zoom or phone calls per month (30 min each)
Individualized strength and conditioning plan
Training and race day nutrition guidance
Race day strategy/prep
Monthly live webinar for all clients to connect
This service is a focused, one-on-one 1 hour consultation via Zoom or telephone designed to address your specific training needs, challenges, or goals. Whether you're looking to optimize your race strategy, improve recovery, adjust your training plan, or troubleshoot a performance plateau, this session provides expert guidance tailored to you. It's perfect for athletes who want targeted advice without committing to ongoing coaching.
Our individualized strength and conditioning program is designed specifically for endurance athletes (or any athlete) looking to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and build overall resilience. After an in-depth assessment of your sport, goals, training history, and any limitations, I create a customized plan (up to 12 weeks) that fits seamlessly alongside your endurance training. This program focuses on improving functional strength, mobility, and stability to support long-term progress and athletic longevity. This service includes a 30-minute call (Zoom or telephone) and your customized plan e-mailed to you within 72 hours.
